What have you done? Custom axles, controls, pegs, sissy bar, raised oil tank, polished transmission, narrowed front end , primered tins, windowed neck, custom tail light / plate mount
What do you have left to do? Finish building transmission, make a shifter, exhaust, modify inner primary, clutch linkage, brake linkage, add 1" to risers, minor frame repairs, make top engine mount, mold frame, paint and chrome.
Any problems so far? A handful. Modified a bunch of stuff to make the front end all work together, ordering parts that I didn't use or were the wrong ones. Had to clearance the frame to fit the stroker motor.
Favorite part of the bike so far? Everything, really. But if I had to choose one it would the the controls. Pegs and clutch/pedals came out really cool.
Favorite part of the competition? I'd say getting to meet new friends and also really pushing myself to build a better bike than the last one. The feeling of it being a once in a lifetime thing is epic too.
Want to give any shout outs? Oh yeah, for sure. My daughter Victoria, love you lil daughter! The homies: Nick Turner , Isaac Starr, Mike Galli. Without these dudes this bike wouldn't have happened. Jared Smith, Matt Carroll, Lowbrow Customs and Biltwell. Anyone who's helped out in anyway, shape and form.
