What have you done? Repaired the blown up cases, repaired the frame that was in 6 pieces, dished the gas and oil tank, narrowed a set of oem -48 wide glide trees to 8ā on center, built the entire front end using my own components, modified the rear 12 spoke for juice drum, modified shovelheads for left side dual carb and tons more!
What do you have left to do? Build the engine and trans, build the exhaust, send out drivetrain components for polish, chrome and so much more.
Any problems so far? The cases were a huge undertaking, they were so damaged that Iāve had to weld and machine basically every surface
Favorite part of the bike so far? I love the stance, and the 12 spoke wheels really give it a āgasserā sort of vibe.
Favorite part of the competition? How much its made me branch out of my comfort zone. Iāve never done case repairs before and I pretty much jumped right into the deep end. Iāve tried to take on things Iād normally be intimidated by.
Want to give any shout outs? First my wife, sheās been amazing supportive throughout this whole thing. Second Chris Graves for answering about 100 calls and always being there to lend a helping hand
