2025 People's Champ Contestant - Brian Buttera

What have you done? Full rework of stock frame including Hardtail and extensive neck window and new front motor mount . Handmade gas tank and modified rear fender. Rebuilt motor with full billet top end/driveline alignment set. Stainless fender struts made/polished.

What do you have left to do? Full stainless frontend (handmade)/stainless handlebars. Finish oil tank modifications. Seat pan/seat. Full stainless pie-cut exhaust. Stainless foot controls. Axles/spacers. Top motor mount. Lighting, wiring, paint (I’m sure there’s more!)

Any problems so far? I’ve had ongoing problems with the AC on my synchro wave 250 that I’ve yet to completely sort out…this has held up progress on my aluminum parts like the oil tank and seat pan housing.

Favorite part of the bike so far? I like the detail put into the frame, but I really look forward to building the frontend soon

Favorite part of the competition? The other builders. We are all in a group chat with Biltwell, and they are all great guys that are always good for support and laughs.
