Bike Motor: Panhead
Canadian Brandon Oddy started with a panhead engine that hadn't run since 1992. With some help from friends he got it going strong again after that 30+ year hiatus. Dragon scales molded into a hard-tailed 80's Shovelhead frame and lots of diamond plate contribute to the overall tough, narrow and tight look Brandon was shooting for. The extended lowers on the fork are bitchin' along with the scooped sides on the flat-bottom Sportster tank. Like all the People's Champ builders, Brandon says he learned a lot in the process and is a better fabricator than he was when he started. He and his pan made it over Ortega Hwy no problem so the bike could be on display at Cook's Corner where a couple thousand people could see it up close the night before Born Free 2023.
