2025 Parts & Labor Expo - Vendor Booths

Parts & Labor Motorcycle Expo Vendors have a variety of 6 booth sizes to choose from:

1. Single 10' x 10' - $300, includes 2 vendor wristbands
2. Double 10' x 20' - $500, includes 3 vendor wristbands
3. Triple 10' x 30' - $700, includes 4 vendor wristbands
4. Quad 10' x 40' - $1,000, includes 4 vendor wristbands
5. End Cap 20' x 20 - $900, includes 4 vendor wristbands
6. Primo End Cap 20' x 20' - $1300, includes 4 vendor wristbands

• Additional vendor wristbands are available for purchase at the event.

Special note on double, triple, and quad booths:
1. Select the 10' x 10' option and enter the number of booths to create your desired size: 2 for double, 3 for triple, or 4 for quadruple -wide.
2. During checkout, enter the 1 time use discount code provided to you

• Please reach out to Lisa if you are interested in these booths. She can provide you with a 1 time use discount code, which will adjust the multiplied single-wide rate down to the correct price.

Friday January 10th

• 12:00pm - 5:00pm: Vendor Load-In
• 6:00pm - 8:00pm: Vendor Mixer

Saturday January 11th

• 8:00am - 9:15am: Vendor Set Up
• 9:30am: Early Bird Admission Opens
• 10:00am: General Admission Opens
• 5:00pm: Doors Close

Sunday January 12th

• 8:00am - 9:15am: Vendor Set Up
• 9:30am: Early Bird Admission Opens
• 10:00am: General Admission Opens
• 4:00pm - Doors Close

Notes:

• Exhibit hall will be open both days at 8am for vendors to enter but, ALL LOAD IN MUST BE DONE FRIDAY
• Vendors must be present for both event days 
• Additional vendor wristbands available for purchase at venue

• Booth sharing is not allowed.
• Awning/canopies/easy-ups are prohibited in the building. Think trade show set up using tables, table covers, chairs, banner, displays, etc.
• Vendors must be present for both event days. Additional vendor wristbands available for purchase at venue.
• Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys is the only insurance company on-site. Handing out other attorney's products or having their logos present is prohibited. 
• The Parts and Labor Motorcycle Expo is a rain or shine event, no refunds are given.
