Sean Jackson is your 2023 People's Champ winner and here's a look at his custom-built '48 Harley Panhead. Sean is very humble but his fabrication skills tell a different story. Nothing on a bike like this is easy. The machine is a wild mash-up of vintage steampunk influence coupled with a few modern details like the dual rear Brembo brake calipers. The frame is completely built from a 304 stainless steel plate, polished and bolted with approximately one million aluminum stand-off spacers. The hillclimber-influenced front fork is all handmade from scratch. The part that broke the internet and made it unique is the hand-crank from a V12 Merlin airplane. Yep, it's a hand-cranked Panhead. Never seen one of those out in front at the local tavern, huh? Sean rode it like a Champ over the famed Ortega Highway to Cook's Corner where we tallied the votes from all over the world and he was crowned the winner of this year's event. Proof that hard work pays off!
